Salty Exbeeriment

Type: Gose-ish.
ABV: TBD.
OG: 1.040

Salty Exbeeriment was meant to be a quite-sour Passionfruit Gose. Kefir was used directly in the kettle; but it seems Kefir is actually pasturized, so no souring actually took place. This will create an unsoured passionfruit gose...or not. A lot of things went wrong in the brewing process and the end product ended up being bad, so this one never got bottled.

Malts:

• 2.7kg Wheat
• 1.8kg Pilsner
• 200g Rice hulls

Hops:

• 14g Perle @ 45 min

Adjuncts:

• 16g salt @ 10 min
• 28g Corriander seeds @ 10 min
