Summer Gose

Malt:
6 kg Pilsner
6 kg Wheat

50g corriander seeds
32g salt

1 minute boil. Salt and corriander added at 95*C before boiling. Cooled down to 35*C and pitched lacto in FV (NycoPro Ferie in 2 vessels, Biola in 2, and both in 1). Pitched 0.75L Sacc starter per 20L vessel (US-05) after 1 day.
