Type: Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy.
ABV: 7.5%.
Burnt caramel, creamy thick mouth feeling and a woody scotch aftertaste. Made for Christmas 2016.
Serve at 11-12*C. Has more caramel at lower temperature and more scotchy wood at higher temperatures. Lower than 11*C can have too much flavor from the alcohol, and higher than 13*C can have too much wood flavor.
